Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role includes supervising the accounting team, managing budgets and forecasts, monitoring cash flow, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

Your Role :

  • Manage and supervise the day to day accounting operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions including journal entries, reconciliations, and account balances.
  • Manage and maintain accounting records and documentation.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
  • Coordinate audits and assist auditors with their inquiries.
  • Train and develop junior accounting staff.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Qualifications :

  • Min Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of ecperience in accounting
  • Indonesian certifications : Brevet A/B minimum
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and practices
  • High level of precision and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Full-time, work onsite from Viskal Office at Denpasar, Bali – with the possibility of direct meetings with clients.
