Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly detailed, proactive, and experienced Senior Accountant to lead our daily accounting functions and annual tax reporting. This role requires deep technical expertise in the full accounting cycle and financial statements, as well as strong communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Oversee and manage the entire monthly and annual accounting process to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS).
  • Balancing & Reconciliation: Ensure all General Ledgers, journals, and the Balance Sheet are balanced and reconciled regularly to the highest standards.
  • Annual Tax Compliance (SPT Tahunan): Be fully responsible for the preparation, review, and submission of the Annual Corporate Tax Return (PPh Badan) and Personal Income Tax Returns (if applicable), compliant with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, cash flow analysis, and P&L statement reviews to provide strategic insights to the management team.
  • Team Management: Supervise and provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff.
  • Communication & Audit: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external auditors.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Accounting Staff or Supervisor, with a focus on the full accounting cycle.
  • Technical Expertise: Highly proficient and possess practical experience in preparing and submitting Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan PPh Badan).
  • Accounting Proficiency: Excellent understanding and implementation of accounting principles, especially in compiling and analyzing complex Balance Sheets.
  • English Language: Fluent in English (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with stakeholders, clients, or global headquarters.
  • Software Skills: Proficient in using at least one ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Possession of professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A/B/C or CPA).
  • Experience working in a Multinational Company or with consolidation reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest tax laws and regulations.
