Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities including transaction recording, reconciliations, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and management reporting requirements, including group reporting.
  • Manage monthly and annual tax reporting, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
  • Conduct cash flow analysis and support budgeting and cost control processes.
  • Review and maintain internal controls to ensure strong financial governance and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Support improvement of finance processes, workflows, and cloud-based accounting systems.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as HR, Legal, and Operations on financial matters and operational support.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in finance or accounting, with strong exposure to financial reporting, taxation, and financial control.
  • Experience in a
    Big Four firm
    or multinational company (audit or corporate finance) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax compliance (monthly and annual reporting).
  • Skilled in using
    cloud-based accounting systems
    such as Xero, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in
    reconciliation, financial controlling, and group consolidation reporting
    .
  • Good understanding of Indonesian corporate compliance, including basic knowledge of
    PMA structure
    .
  • Able to work independently, detail-oriented, with high integrity and a strong compliance mindset.
  • Fluent in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    (written and spoken).
  • Experience guiding or supporting junior staff is an added advantage.
  • Preference for candidates domiciled in Bali.
