One of Bali's prominent property and lifestyle investment groups focused on sustainable development in the areas of Lombok and Sumbawa, is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team immediately.

The ideal candidate is a confident, high-performing sales leader with a proven record of closing high ticket deals. You are driven, strategic, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced luxury environment. You thrive on building trust with high-net-worth clients, understand the emotional and investment motivations behind premium property purchases, and consistently transform opportunities into successful transactions. You operate with discipline, professionalism, and an entrepreneurial mindset, treating every client interaction as a chance to deliver exceptional value.

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, investment properties, or similar high-value sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to close USD 1 million+ deals independently.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation expertise with high-end clientele.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and digital communication tools.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written), additional languages are a strong advantage.
  • Highly self-driven, disciplined, organised, and able to operate autonomously without supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with UHNW/HNW clients.
  • Understanding of Indonesian property structures, land titles, and investment frameworks is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and achieve USD 1–2 million in monthly sales across villa and land plot offerings.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of HNWI buyers from digital, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, and direct inquiries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles prospecting, pitching, site tours, negotiation, and closing.
  • Present investment value clearly and compellingly to elevate client confidence and decision-making.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and market intelligence.
  • Deliver a world-class, bespoke experience at every touchpoint from inquiry to ownership.
  • Anticipate client needs, maintain trust, provide proactive updates, and ensure transparency throughout the transaction.
  • Build long-term relationships to drive referrals, repeat purchases, and portfolio expansion.
  • Fully own your sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, ensuring meticulous tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales documentation.
  • Analyse conversion metrics and provide weekly performance reports and sales projections.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and site development teams to ensure smooth due diligence, payment tracking, and contract processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead quality, evaluate campaign performance, and provide market-based feedback.
