Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage and consolidate multi-country financial operations and ensure compliance across all jurisdictions. This is a senior, strategic role requiring strong technical knowledge, structure, and independence. We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Senior Accountant who can manage the full finance cycle across multiple entities (Singapore, Indonesia, France, Estonia), ensure tax and regulatory compliance, and support global expansion. You will oversee the full accounting workflow, supervise reporting, coordinate with legal & tax authorities, and work closely with top management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting for Indonesia entity and consolidate financials for SG/FR/EE.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow and sales reporting for management.
  • Coordinate annual filings, tax returns and audits with external accountants (SG/FR/EE).
  • Execute multi-country payroll and ensure BPJS, PPh and statutory compliance (ID).
  • Manage bank payments, vendor/customer invoicing in Zoho Books.
  • Maintain SOPs, documentation and financial controls (Zoho / Google Workspace).
  • Support expatriate visa checks, travel reimbursements and payroll templates.
  • Advise management on tax/regulatory implications for expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
  • 5+ years accounting experience including multi-entity or multinational exposure.
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax & payroll (BPJS, PPh 21/23/4(2)).
  • Experience with Zoho Books / cloud accounting + Google Sheets.
  • Strong English communication; able to liaise with external auditors.
  • Reliable, structured, confidentiality mindset.
