Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager for our Jakarta Sales Office. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta. The Sales Manager will oversee and enhance sales activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, lead sales strategies, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include creating new business opportunities, engaging with key clients, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the implementation of successful sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales skills, including strategic planning, client relationship management, and lead generation
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends, ideally with prior experience in hotel sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Analytical skills for sales forecasting and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work on-site in the Denpasar office and travel as needed for business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), with additional languages being a plus
