As our company continues to grow, we're urgently looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager to strengthen our backbone of operations and ensure the financial health that supports our creative vision.

Responsibilities

Financial Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Financial Reporting – Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop annual budgets, monitor variances, and recommend strategies for efficiency.

Cash Flow Management – Oversee company liquidity, cash inflows/outflows, and projections.

Tax Compliance – Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with all applicable regulations.

Financial Analysis – Provide insights to support strategic business planning.

Payroll Management – Supervise payroll accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.

Financial Systems & Controls – Maintain effective systems and internal controls to protect company assets.

Requirements

Min Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Min 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with 3 years in a managerial position.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.

Proficient in Xero systems .

Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
