Accountant

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reports, tax filings, and accounting tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. If you have strong accounting skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports (Profit & Loss, Bank Statements, Balance Sheets, and Financial Summaries).
  • Manage accounting reports for tax reporting in the Xero application.
  • Create sales invoices/proformas based on project contracts.
  • Organize and complete documentation for supplier invoices and expenses.
  • Update project cash flow data.
  • Update budget calculations.
  • Maintain and update asset lists.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
