KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions, including income, expenses, and petty cash.
  • Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment documentation for guests, vendors, and service providers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for billing, payment follow-up, and account settlements.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Diploma (D1) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a background in related fields
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting (hospitality experience is an advantage).
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Reporting and Taxation
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and integrity.
  • Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Available to join immediately
