Role Description:

The Finance & Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for
Tanamera Coffee Singapore
, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Based in Jakarta or Bali, this role acts as a key finance partner to the Singapore business, supporting management decision-making, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full set of accounts for Singapore operations
  2. Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
  3. Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting
  4. Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  5. Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting and tax regulations
  6. Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and consultants
  7. Monitor cash flow, payments, and collections
  8. Support management with financial analysis and business insights

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  2. Minimum
    5–8 years
    of relevant finance & accounting experience
  3. Experience in F&B / hospitality / retail industry is required
  4. Experience handling
    Singapore entities
    is an advantage
  5. Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
  6. Good command of
    English
    (written and spoken)
  7. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently
