What You'll Do:
Design & Creative Work

  • Create eye-catching marketing materials: social media posts, digital ads, email templates, presentations, and web visuals.
  • Apply and maintain brand identities across clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to turn briefs into high-quality creative outputs.
  • Ensure visual consistency across all communications and stay aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Source, edit, and organize imagery, icons, and other graphic elements.

Marketing Coordination

  • Track project timelines and tasks across design, web, and campaign workflows using tools like
  • Act as the bridge between creative and strategy teams to clarify briefs, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and completeness before submission.
  • Support preparation of performance reports and client-ready summaries.
  • Help schedule and upload marketing content across websites and social platforms.

What We're Looking For:
Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years in a graphic design or marketing coordination role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and visual balance.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like , Asana, or Trello.
  • You love transforming briefs into visually stunning designs.
  • Naturally organized and thrive in fast-paced environments.
