Republik Labs is a team of dedicated ecosystem and applications builders who are on a mission to build an efficient Web3 ecosystem focused on tackling real financial challenges across Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia. We aim to leverage blockchain technologies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and token-based economics to enhance financial technology (fintech) applications and better serve the financial needs of the global community.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time at our Bali office, with a strong preference for candidates already located in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will specialize in UI/UX design for our in-house fintech apps and websites, as well as those of our clients, ensuring intuitive, user-centric interfaces that drive engagement and efficiency. You will also handle general graphic design tasks, such as creating e-flyers, video thumbnails, and other visual assets to support marketing and operational needs.

This position is pivotal to Republik Labs' success, as your designs will shape the user experience of our Web3 fintech solutions, bridging innovative blockchain features with practical, accessible interfaces that address real-world financial pain points in Southeast Asia.

What You Will Do

• Design and iterate on UI/UX elements for fintech apps and websites, incorporating user feedback to optimize for intuitive navigation and decision-making.

• Create general graphic materials, including e-flyers, video thumbnails, social media graphics, and promotional visuals that align with our brand and drive user acquisition.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and enhance overall ecosystem performance.

• Conduct design reviews and A/B testing to refine visuals based on performance metrics to balance creative innovation with practical market demands.

• Maintain design consistency across projects, adhering to company guidelines that promote creativity.

• Contribute to motion graphics and video editing for dynamic content, enhancing our storytelling in fintech education and client presentations.

Who You Are

Must Have

• You are fluent in English, with strong communication skills for collaborating in a multicultural team.

• You are located in Bali, Indonesia, or willing to relocate, and available to work full-time from our Bali office.

• You have proven experience in UI/UX design for apps and websites, preferably in fintech or blockchain sectors, with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered designs.

• You are proficient in general graphic design, including tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, or similar, for creating e-flyers, thumbnails, and marketing visuals.

• You are detail-oriented and result-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with Web3 or fintech design trends, such as incorporating blockchain elements into user interfaces.

• A portfolio showcasing diverse projects that balance aesthetic appeal with functional efficiency.

• Knowledge of Southeast Asian market preferences to tailor designs for regional users.

Salary and Benefits

Benefits for full-time employees include a starting monthly salary of 4,000,000 IDR (negotiable based on performance after a 3-month probation period), annual paid time off, and 17 company-observed holidays.
