Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Assistant
 based in Canggu. The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. Daily tasks include assisting with content creation, campaign coordination, customer interactions, and general marketing support. Working closely with the marketing and sales teams is essential to ensure smooth operations and consistent branding.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for social media platforms.
  • Schedule and monitor posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and campaigns.
  • Engage with clients, followers, and stakeholders online and offline.
  • Help manage influencer partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support sales and promotional activities to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports and summaries for campaign tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain cohesive branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, including Meta platforms.
  • Experience or familiarity with market research and sales support.
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategies and campaign coordination.
  • Ability to create content, schedule posts, and assist with marketing events.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced on-site environment.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
