Marketing and Content Coordinator

Goddess Retreats — an award-winning women's retreat brand — is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant Bali-based team

We're seeking someone who's both creative and strategic — a people person who loves connecting with guests, crafting engaging campaigns, and supporting our mission to empower women through transformative retreat experiences.

Skills & Requirements

Technical & Platform Skills

  • Proficient in WordPress: able to update and manage website pages, upload content, edit layouts, and coordinate minor design changes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva for creating on-brand graphics and marketing materials.
  • Experience with Klaviyo (or similar email platforms) for building and scheduling campaigns, managing automations, and updating templates.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite for ad management, audience targeting, and content scheduling.
  • Understanding of HubSpot for CRM, lead management, and marketing automation.
  • Basic knowledge of Zapier for workflow automation between marketing and CRM systems.

Design & Branding

  • Strong sense of design aesthetics and visual storytelling, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Comfortable working with brand guidelines and translating them into engaging visual and written content.

Marketing & Communication Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English — able to write clear, professional copy for web, email, and social media.
  • Understanding of digital marketing workflows, content calendars, and cross-channel campaign management.
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and ability to work independently while following brand voice and visual direction.

Preferred

  • Experience in the wellness, travel, or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SEO basics and website analytics tools is a plus.
