Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran strategis dalam mengembangkan dan memperluas basis pelanggan kami di sektor pertambangan, konstruksi, dan logistik di Indonesia.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Mengidentifikasi dan menjalin hubungan dengan calon pelanggan potensial di sektor pertambangan, konstruksi, dan logistik.
- Menyusun dan mempresentasikan rencana pengembangan bisnis
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan strategi penjualan dan pemasaran yang efektif untuk mempromosikan layanan kami.
- Menganalisis tren pasar, memantau pesaing, dan memberikan masukan untuk pengembangan produk dan layanan.
- Mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan yang ditetapkan, serta memastikan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dari portofolio pelanggan.
- Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk memberikan pengalaman pelayanan pelanggan yang unggul.
Keterampilan dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan
- Pendidikan min Diploma
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja min 3 thn bidang Penjualan / Pemasaran / Business Development. Khususnya di bidang ekspor-impor, industri logistik, transportasi, project industry, heavy equipment dan pertambangan
- Keterampilan komunikasi (menguasai Bahasa Inggris dan/atau Mandarin menjadi nilai plus)
- Memahami Ekspor-Impor, Logistik, Kawasan Berikat dan Kepabeanan
- Memiliki jaringan & hubungan yang kuat dengan pelaku bisnis
- Pengalaman dalam bernegosiasi
- Terbiasa dengan lingkungan yang serba cepat dan target
- Menguasai Microsoft Office dan Teknologi AI
- Rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam mencapai dan melampaui target penjualan.
- Keterampilan analitis yang kuat dan kemampuan untuk membuat keputusan strategis berdasarkan data.
