Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Surabaya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing team. The Sales Manager will also provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Experience in Market Research, Sales Strategy, and Marketing Coordination
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with NDT equipment and solutions is a plus
