Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surabaya for a Sales Marketing Manager. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve target 200 Pilgrims per month and enhance brand presence. Daily responsibilities include identifying and nurturing leads, building strategic partnerships, conducting market research, planning marketing campaigns, managing a sales team, and tracking performance metrics to optimize results. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven skills in sales, customer relationship building, and lead generation
  • Experience in creating and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content
  • Strong skills in market analysis, competitive research, and business development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic on-site environment in Surabaya
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
