What You'll Do?

  1. Build and execute marketing & sales strategies that grow revenue and expand our market footprint.
  2. Lead, coach, and energize a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
  3. Dive deep into market trends, customer behavior, and competitor moves to spot opportunities.
  4. Strengthen long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
  5. Manage sales and marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Track performance and optimize strategies based on insights — always leveling up.
  7. Launch creative campaigns and promotions that boost brand visibility and customer engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business (extra marketing strategy training is a plus point).
  2. Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in marketing, with at least 2-3 years at the managerial level.
  3. Specialize in the plastic packaging manufacturing industry, including flexible packaging, rigid packaging, injection molding, etc.
  4. A confident communicator, strong leader, and fast decision-maker.
  5. Someone who gets branding, market analysis, and strategic planning.
  6. Based in or willing to work at our Surabaya Head Office.
