Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
People Development Specialist
based in
Surabaya
. The role is dedicated to supporting employee well-being, performance, and development through professional psychological practices. The specialist will conduct
employee counseling
, lead
engagement initiatives
, and administer
psychological assessments
to support talent identification and development.

Additional responsibilities include providing recommendations based on counseling outcomes, designing programs that enhance employee motivation and retention, and collaborating with leaders and HR teams to ensure a healthy and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  1. Master's degree in Professional Psychology (S2 Profesi Psikologi)
    —
    required
  2. Strong ability to conduct
    employee counseling
    and provide evidence-based psychological recommendations
  3. Experience in facilitating
    employee engagement programs
    and monitoring organizational climate
  4. Proficiency in administering, interpreting, and reporting
    psychological assessments
    (aptitude, personality, and other related tools)
  5. Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    to collaborate effectively across departments
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in interpreting assessment data and behavioral patterns
  7. Ability to design development interventions based on psychological insights
  8. Previous experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or People Development is an advantage
