Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Surabaya. The Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and developing strategies to grow revenue. The role includes market research, sales forecasting, negotiations, and driving partnerships to support the company's renewable energy solutions. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives and support the company's growth in the solar power market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of renewable energy or solar power industries is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
- Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry is advantageous
