Now, we're expanding in Indonesia and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our market entry and growth journey.

* What You'll Do
Market Entry & Entity Setup*

  • Lead the establishment of Franke's legal and operational presence in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance and seamless setup.
  • Localize and execute our go-to-market strategy.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and onboard distributors, dealers, and retailers across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and direct engagement.
  • Manage forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.

Distributor & Retail Channel Management

  • Build strong distributor relationships and ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Optimize product and pricing strategies to support growth and brand positioning.
  • Lead in-store promotions and ensure brand-consistent retail displays.

Project Sales Development

  • Engage developers, architects, and consultants to position Franke as a preferred brand.
  • Build a robust project pipeline and close strategic opportunities.

  • 10+ years in sales management, with experience in both B2B and B2C.
  • Proven success in market entry and channel development.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong planning, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive changes.
