We are seeking a
Yearly Sales Rental Executive

to drive rental sales performance across our portfolio. This role focuses on securing long-term rental agreements, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring consistent revenue streams for our properties.  

Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute yearly rental sales strategies for villas and apartments
  • Identify and engage potential clients through direct outreach, partnerships, and digital platforms
  • Negotiate rental agreements with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and client communications
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management

Qualifications  

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local rental markets
  • Ability to work independently and meet yearly sales targets
  • Warm, client-focused approach with attention to detail
  • Proven experience in property rental sales, hospitality, or real estate is a plus
