Job Description

· Support the Sales & Events team in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and following up with

clients.

· Coordinate event logistics between clients and internal departments (kitchen, service, operations).

· Assist in preparing event orders (BEOs), contracts, and invoices.

· Manage the event schedule and ensure all details are accurately communicated to the operations

team.

· Attend events when required to oversee setup, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth execution.

· Handle administrative tasks such as database updates, documentation, and reporting.

· Assist in developing event packages, presentations, and marketing materials.

· Maintain professional communication with clients from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

· Support on sales activities, including sales calls, client visits, and promotional activities.

Requirements

· –2 years experience in events, administration, or hospitality.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Knowledge of event planning and F&B operations is an advantage.

· Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and service-minded.
