Job Description

·      Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other business

partners.

· Actively promote all F&B outlets, products, and culinary programs to drive revenue growth.

· Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and sales presentations.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients in line with company standards.

· Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to customize packages based on client needs.

·     Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business

opportunities.

· Assist in developing promotional strategies and marketing initiatives.

· Ensure all events and group bookings are handed over smoothly to the operations team.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field

· Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B, hospitality, events or hotel sales

· Strong network within events and tourism markets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Good understanding of F&B operations and menu knowledge.

· Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset.

· Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

· Willingness to travel domestically/internationally as required
