Our client, a villa rental and management company in Seminyak, Bali that has built a reputation for high quality holiday villas and friendly Balinese service is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least three years in sales and marketing, preferably within the villa rental or hospitality industry.
- Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Ability to create and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business development and client meetings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and effectively promote the villa's brand.
- Balance and manage relationships between guests and property owners.
- Regularly review and update sales and marketing strategies.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of the reservation policies, processes, and systems.
- Assist in training reservation staff in sales techniques and communication best practices.
- Monitor and optimise the conversion rate of inquiries to confirmed bookings.
- Collaborate with the reservations manager to address low occupancy and manage discounting strategies.
- Oversee social media accounts, including posting, content creation, and response management.
- Engage with guest feedback and reviews.
- Maintain and review the SEO strategy, including backlink growth and content optimisation.
- Regularly analyse website analytics and adjust content, including villa descriptions, photos, and blog posts.
- Update pricing, discount parameters, and promotional codes.
- Manage relationships and contracts with agents and online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Conduct competitor analysis periodically to stay ahead in the market.
- Address guest feedback and follow up on any issues or complaints.
- Assist with the preparation of regular reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
