Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining good rapport building with potential prospects and leads to obtain their needs/pain points, then analyze it to provide proper solution within the scope of CBQA Global's services
  • Maintaining good working relationship with the local parties for referrals, and customers
  • Ensuring that all sales quotations are as per relevant Guidance and company's policy procedures.
  • Ensuring the safeguard of client's confidential information
  • Preparing and submitting monthly sales report to Commercial Manager on the last working day of the month
  • Preparing proposal and contract in aligned with procedures of sales
  • Find and register new potential prospects, leads and clients in the CBQA Global client list - CRM
  • Send flyers/syllabus to clients who need public training or In House Training
  • Supporting Finance Department to close invoicing from client by upload contract/form in finance system
  • Coordinating with Training Manager in handling customer inquiry & feedback

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree of Management, Business, or any related field
  • Having experience as sales personnel for certification and/or verification and/or training company minimum 2 years
  • Having a good communication skills, result oriented, eager to develop new market, strong analytical skills, can work with or without team, strong sense of learning
  • Familiar with sales regarding Management Systems certification, audit, and training (preferred)
