We are looking for a dynamic
Regional Beauty Trainer Assistant Manager
to join our team and drive the growth of our brand's Beauty Advisors. If you are passionate about personal care and beauty, have a knack for training, and love to inspire others, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Materials:
    Create and adapt engaging training materials that align with company SOPs and training needs analysis.
  • Deliver Training Programs:
    Conduct induction sessions and specialized training programs to nurture and develop our Beauty Advisors.
  • Motivate and Coach:
    Inspire and coach Beauty Advisors in your region to enhance their skills and performance through effective training techniques.
  • On-Site Coaching:
    Conduct coaching sessions at points of sale (POS) to ensure Beauty Advisors are up-to-date with product knowledge, delivering effective sales pitches, and adhering to the brand's Art of Selling methodologies.
  • Identify Training Needs:
    Identify future training needs through feedback and provide actionable insights to continuously improve our training programs.
  • Supervise Field Trainers:
    Oversee field trainers to ensure they gather valuable insights and feedback for future training requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in the Personal Care/Beauty industry is a significant plus
  • Strong background in training,
    particularly focused on enhancing sales capabilities
  • Comfortable speaking English at a business level
  • Excellent presentation skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Confidence in presenting and influencing at all organizational levels
  • Highly driven, energetic, flexible, and team-spirited
  • Ability to adhere to the Work From Office (WFO) policy at our office in Menara Prima Mega Kuningan.
