Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Enterprise Sales professional, based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities includes:

  • Identifying and generating leads, managing and growing client accounts, developing tailored sales strategies, and coordinating sales operations to drive growth.
  • Drive growth through proactive networking and partnership development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership offers.
  • The role requires collaboration with teams to align sales efforts with company goals while maintaining a strong focus on client relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for business growth.
  • 3+ years experience (5+ years preferred) in IT, SaaS, consulting, or corporate training sales.
  • Strong network in corporate and enterprise sectors (B2B).
  • Good understanding of digital transformation, IT implementation, or training business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in Jakarta, Indonesia or love-to-travel and meeting with people.
  • Previous experience in a B2B or enterprise sales environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
