What You Will Do :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Lead and manage a small team of enterprise sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance coaching.
- Identify and approach potential enterprise clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pitch preparation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You Will Bring to the Role :
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex sales processes and close high-value deals.
- Strong salesmanship with excellent persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge that helps to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies.
- Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with C-level executives and key decision-makers. Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
