The Sales Executive – Enterprise Education Business is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with corporate clients, medium and large organizations in the education and training sector. The role focuses on selling enterprise learning solutions, digital education platforms, and customized training programs to support clients' workforce development goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the enterprise education segment (corporate learning, government training programs, and institutional clients).
  • Build a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, networking, and attending relevant industry events.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and L&D stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor education or training solutions to meet organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.

3. Solution Selling & Consultation

  • Present and demonstrate education technology products or training services to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations customized to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations, and academic teams) to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

4. Market & Industry Insights

  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital learning innovations, and competitors' activities in the education and enterprise training market.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
  • Represent the company in conferences, seminars, and networking events related to education and corporate training.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing strategies, and contract terms.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales, preferably in the education, EdTech, or corporate training sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
