Head of Enterprise Sales

Hiring for our client, a fast-growing global technology company in the SaaS and retail intelligence space, helping over 750+ top FMCG and CPG brands drive digital transformation.
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by selling Bizom's SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
- Identify potential markets and build a strong list of target accounts.
- Understand client challenges and propose customized, value-based solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Partner with global companies to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Position Bizom as a category leader through strategic enterprise engagement.
Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
- Have a proven and strong database in FMCG B2B client market
- Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
- Someone who is hungry for sales and has shown a strong passion for sales throughout their career, from their first job to their most recent one not someone who tends to change jobs frequently.
- Able to work as an individual contributor and later develop and lead a new team in the future.
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated to exceed targets.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
- Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
- Fluent in English speaking and written
