Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the Head of Human Resources, you will oversee and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices to align with the company's goals. You will manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Additionally, you will lead talent acquisition efforts, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to support organizational growth and employee development.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge and expertise in Human Resources, including HR Management and Employee Relations
  • Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law and the ability to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in HR, preferably within the fashion or retail industry
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
