Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain strong employee relations.
  • Oversee general affairs operations, including office administration, facilities management, and legal compliance.
  • Develop and maintain a positive workplace culture, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Lead and mentor the HR & GA team, driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of HR experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing general affairs such as facilities, security, and office management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
