Training and Operation Specialist

Job Description:

  1. Support KA/KP Training, preparing for all events activities, conduct training sessions, workshops
  2. Own and managed regional trainings, developing territory plans that drive a learner certificate recipient and increase revenue to boost Alibaba Cloud and training program adoption.
  3. Manage training revenue and monitor the effectiveness of training programs through different metrics.
  4. Develop strategic partnerships with internal groups, clients, partners, university educators, and government officials, resulting in new trainings and delivery.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, solution architecture, and business development team to host workshops, events, exhibitions and conferences.
  6. Plan and manage student-related programs, including student internships, Student Central webpage events, universities and secondary school joint workshops, company visits, and facilitate the establishment of skills centers to nurture local talents.
  7. Sales Enablement

Requirements:

  1. About 3+ years of related working experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce
  2. Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Business or a discipline closely related to learning and development or the education industry is advantages.
  3. Ability to drive sales and service, establish and maintain client relationships, and complete operational tasks.
  4. Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Cloud Computing / AI Knowledge is better.
  7. Relevant work experience preferred (Education / Training)
  8. Experience in sales or sales operations roles is preferred.
  9. Self-Motivated
  10. 'Can do' attitude and embrace changes
