A well-established restaurant group specializing in Western cuisine is seeking an experienced and passionate Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of staff training programs. Our restaurants are committed to delivering consistent quality, excellent service, and an outstanding dining experience — and we believe that starts with well-trained people.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Identify training needs and skill gaps through performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Work closely with Operations and HR departments to ensure consistent brand and service standards across all outlets.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and career development of existing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or people development role, preferably within the restaurant or F&B industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to design engaging training programs and deliver them effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about people development.
