Corporate Training Executive
to develop our Beauty Advisors across Indonesia, from skin & makeup techniques to real retail selling skills.

Corporate Training Executive – Beauty (Revlon & ULTIMA II)

Location:
Jakarta
· Full-time · On-site

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and deliver training for
Revlon & ULTIMA II
: skincare, makeup techniques, brand story, and selling skills.

· Conduct
classroom & hands-on makeup sessions
(demo + practice) so BAs can execute brand looks with professional standards.

· Provide
sales & service trainings
: consultation skills, cross–/up-selling, handling objections, and building loyal customers.

· Do
field coaching
(on-counter/store visit) to observe BA performance, give feedback, and support sales KPIs.

· Develop and update training materials (PowerPoint decks, playbooks, checklists, simple digital content, quizzes, etc.).

· Work closely with Brand, Sales, and Marketing for
new product launches and campaigns
.

· Track and evaluate training impact through attendance, quiz results, BA certification, and field performance.

What We're Looking For

· 
3–5 years
of experience as a
Trainer / Beauty Trainer / Field Coach / Makeup Artist
in cosmetics-skincare/ premium retail.

· Hands-on experience
teaching makeup
(base & complexion, eyes, lips, shading–highlighting) and doing demos on various Indonesian skin tones.

· Strong understanding of
retail selling & productivity
(conversion, SPH, AUS, IPT) and experience training frontliners on these topics.

· Comfortable speaking in front of a group, running workshops, and coaching individuals in the field.

· Passionate about
skincare, makeup, and beauty trends
, and enjoys turning product knowledge into simple, practical language for BAs.

· Good computer skills (PowerPoint & Excel); experience with digital/online training is a plus.

· Fluent in
Bahasa Indonesia
, with good working
English
(written & spoken).

· Willing to travel for training and store visits across Indonesia.
