Job Summary:

  • Manage and ensure the satisfaction of a portfolio of corporate clients using the company's digital platform.
  • Focus on driving engagement, delivering product education, and fostering long-term relationships through a consultative and proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing daily needs, inquiries, and service escalations.
  • Conduct training and education sessions for corporate administrators on account management, policy setup, and usage reporting.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding to ensure seamless integration within the client's organization.
  • Initiate and manage product awareness and adoption programs to boost platform engagement among clients and employees.
  • Analyze usage data to identify performance improvement areas and business growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance evaluations (Business Reviews) to clients, offering insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relations (B2B). preferably in a technology or digital platform environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to explain digital products or systems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Highly customer-oriented, empathetic, and proactive in providing support.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience working with multinational corporate clients in Southeast Asia is a plus.
