Freelance Sales for Professional Public Training (Commission-Based)

AnakTangga Training & Development (PT Anak Tangga Aksata) is a training institution focused on elevating professional communication skills. Our public training programs equip professionals with compelling abilities in key areas, including Influential Communication, Public Speaking, Executive Presence: Mastering Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication for Leaders, Business Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and other advanced professional communication programs.

To expand our market reach, we are seeking dynamic and well-connected individuals to join us as Freelance Sales Partners on a remote, commission-only basis. This is a perfect opportunity for consultants, seasoned professionals, or ambitious networkers looking for a flexible and lucrative partnership.

About the Role:

As a Sales Partner, you will be the frontline of our brand, responsible for:

  • Promoting our latest public training schedules to your professional network.
  • Generating qualified leads and driving participant registrations.
  • Utilizing the marketing assets, we provide as well as your own creative strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, both corporate and individual.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate):

  • You have a strong and active presence on professional and/or social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook Groups, etc.) with an established network or following.
  • You are an active member of relevant professional groups or associations (e.g., HR Groups, Sales & Marketing Communities, Entrepreneur Associations).
  • You have excellent relationship-building and communication skills—perfectly aligned with the core value of our products
  • You are a proactive, results-driven self-starter who can work independently.
  • Experience in the training/learning & development industry, B2B sales, or professional services is highly advantageous
