Job Description
- Seek, build, and manage strategic partnerships with universities, communities, companies, and relevant organizations to expand program reach.
- Conduct professional outreach, deliver concise pitching, and execute structured follow-ups with potential partners.
- Develop and maintain partner databases, collaboration pipelines, and regular Business Development progress reports.
- Identify new program opportunities (webinars, trainings, event collaborations) based on market needs and industry trends.
- Prepare partnership proposals, handle early-stage negotiations, and oversee the closing and implementation process to ensure successful collaboration outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong abilities in Communication and Sales
- Experience in Business Development and client relationship management
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment
- Prior experience with SAP solutions or IT-related sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
