Job Description

  • Seek, build, and manage strategic partnerships with universities, communities, companies, and relevant organizations to expand program reach.
  • Conduct professional outreach, deliver concise pitching, and execute structured follow-ups with potential partners.
  • Develop and maintain partner databases, collaboration pipelines, and regular Business Development progress reports.
  • Identify new program opportunities (webinars, trainings, event collaborations) based on market needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare partnership proposals, handle early-stage negotiations, and oversee the closing and implementation process to ensure successful collaboration outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong abilities in Communication and Sales
  • Experience in Business Development and client relationship management
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented and target-driven environment
  • Prior experience with SAP solutions or IT-related sales is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage
