Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Min. 1 year of experience in field sales, area development, or similar roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently in field environment
  • Familiar with reporting and basic data analysis
  • Willing to travel frequently or be based in assigned area
