Technical Sales Representative

PT Perforindo Teknika Nusantara (Owen Oil Tools Indonesia)  

Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia (On-site)

At PT Perforindo Teknika Nusantara, we specialize in selling and providing support for a wide portfolio of technologically advanced solutions for Production enhancement through Energetics, Stimulation, well intervention, completion and Testing Solutions

Main Scope:

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in drilling, completions, or well intervention, with a focusing on perforating technologies/electric line.
  • Proven track record in technical sales or business development within the oil and gas sector.
  • Minimum 10 years of field/hands-on experience with perforating operations and related equipment to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its applications.

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of perforating tools, techniques, and technologies.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose appropriate perforating solutions.

Sales and Marketing Skills:

  • Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Cultivate trusting relationships with customers to aid in their business expansion.
  • Leverage your extensive experience to provide technical expertise and guidance to clients.
  • Identify client requirements and promote product offerings within the designated area.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to offer innovative solutions to clients.
  • Participate in financial reporting and budgeting to ensure future requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Your Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Master's degree in business administration or a technical discipline can be advantageous.

  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
  • Additional qualifications such as software proficiency and networking ability.
