Sales Representative Supervisor
with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Associate Degree (any major)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor
  • Communicative, creative, and innovative
  • Target-oriented
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Familiar with preparing reports using Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude
  • Good leadership skills
  • Resides in West Jakarta, Tangerang, or surrounding areas
  • Placement at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport

Job Description:

  • Monitor and ensure sales achievement in assigned areas and outlets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Monitor and provide training to all outlet staff within the supervised area
  • Ensure all outlet staff conduct sales activities according to company SOPs and consistently strive to achieve targets
  • Responsible for sales forecasting and planning within the assigned area
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales and administrative reports for management (daily and monthly)
  • Communicate and implement company policy changes (pricing, promotions, etc.) to the team promptly
  • Monitor stock levels and orders at responsible outlets
  • Execute and achieve assigned sales targets/revenue
