Tanggung Jawab:

  • Bertanggung jawab memperluas/mengembangkan coverage area dan pengelolaan customer yang lebih baik.
  • Meningkatkan omset perusahaan sesuai dengan strategi bisnis yang telah dirumuskan.
  • Melakukan monitoring dan analisa produk kompetitor, harga produk kompetitor, strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan dari kompetitor.
  • Menyusun rencana kerja harian (Journey Plan) terkait aktivitas kunjungan ke customer.
  • Melakukan aktifitas Customer Relationship dalam bentuk komunikasi personal dengan para klien potensial.
  • Melaporkan Daily Sales Activity.

Persyaratan:

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA.
  • Mampu Mem-breakdown/menjabarkan sales target per bulan.
  • Mampu menyampaikan ide - ide baru untuk mengembangkan strategi bisnis perusahaan.
  • Fast Learner & tidak mudah menyerah.
  • Mahir dalam berkomunikasi dan Selling Skill melalui telepon dan kunjungan langsung.
  • Memiliki kepribadian menyenangkan, senang bersosialisasi, berpikir kritis, percaya diri, dewasa & memiliki Service Mindset.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dasar ilmu Marketing.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Negosiasi yang baik.
  • Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.
  • Memiliki SIM C Aktif.
