**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and Supervise Sharia Sales Team (RSM, ASM, SFSC) on day-to-day basis - guide and encourage Sharia Sales Team including inspire, motivate, and provide suggestions to help them reach sales objectives.
- Maintain Relationship with Business Partner, related to sales production - Build and establish strong relationship with Head of Kantor Wilayah Bank and Deputy of Kantor Wilayah Bank to smoothen the business process.
- Sales Strategy & Initiatives - Provide input to Head of Channel regarding Sales initiative. Sales process improvement, and new business opportunities.
- Sales Planning - Together with Head of Channel, he or she must organize business planning and review session on quarterly basis.
- Budgeting - Propose annual sales budget related to sales activities in his/her area (trip, gathering, entertainment) and control the expense.
