**Job description (heading) / Description du poste (titre)**
- Lead and develop sales strategy to ensure sales target is achieved
- Actively communicate and closely engage with bank partners to drive sales through several initiatives and programs
- Actively coordinate with related Departments to support functions, such as budgeting, event, manpower, to ensure activities are run smoothly
- Monitor data of sales achievement as well as sales performance related to production and contest
- Ensuring Sales Quality is excellent using sales indicators of persistency, client satisfaction, and productivity
- Ensuring VNB target is met

**Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre**)
- Successful experience as a sales head representative or sales head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

**Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)**
- A minimum of a Bachelor degree, preferably from Finance, Business and Sales background.
- Certification in Financial Planning, leadership and/or Sales Management are preferable
- An 8 years plus of experience in managing Bancassurance business

- This role is responsible to help achieve RR Sales Target in in-branch channel to support Partnership Distribution growth, namely the increase of AFYP, Regular Premium Sales, Active Manpower and Persistency with a strong leadership to lead a team of Regional Sales Managers
