**About the Role**
One paragraph between 80 - 100 wordsAs our SM, Sales Training, you will be an instrumental cog in the GTF sales learning and development wheel that directly impacts the GTF sales talent development as well as learning programs and initiatives. Your main objective will be to equip our sales team to be more effective and agile in our evolving environment and enable them to become leaders by providing them a learning framework related to their soft skills and sales technical skills, both through online training and virtual / offline workshops. You will intensively collaborate with the sales team, Merchant Academy team, PAC team, procurement team, and other functions as required. You will also have ample opportunity to flex your analytical and problem-solving skills by deep diving into projects surrounding learning activities and platforms, also ensuring to create excellent learning experiences which would result in effective sales employees and leaders who consistently live and lead by GTF culture and values.
**What You Will Do**:
- Design an an overall sales learning & development strategy, followed by implementation and execution of the plan to ensure sales training team can support the sales team to achieve business objectives
- Work with relevant stakeholders & counterparts (e.g. Partnership VPs, Regional Sales Heads, Sales Strategy team, Merchant Academy, PAC, etc.) to ensure that sales learning & development strategies are aligned with the overall regional and nationwide sales objectives.
- Identify critical pain points in the region with regards to sales learning & development or other initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Build and maintain relationship with the Regional Sales Heads and the regional sales team
- Escalate the pain points experienced by the sales team to the sales HQ team as a part of improvement feedback loop
**What You Will Need**:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in training (preferred experienced dealing with field team)
- Able to operate e-learning platform and Excel, ability to create a video would be a plus point
- Able to do training requirement analysis and create training materials
- Proficient in creating slide presentations
- Great communication and understanding skill, able to explain technical terms in simple and understandable manner
- Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy
- Can speak formally in English
