- Monitoring status pengiriman
- Menangani komplain pelanggan
- Koordinasi dengan pihak shipper, import, dll untuk memastikan pengiriman sesuai target
- Tugas administratif proses dokumen impor, laporan pengiriman, data pelanggan, dll

**Kualifikasi**:

- Pendidikan S1, diutamakan jurusan Manajemen Transportasi atau sejenis
- Pengalaman Customer Service Import atau sejenis mínimal 2 thn
- Pengalaman di perusahaan logistik / forwarding / shipping
- Dapat menggunakan program Ms. Excel dan Word
- Mempunyai pengetahuan umum mengenai proses import
- Penempatan Kebon Sirih, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp5.000.000 - Rp7.000.000 per bulan
