- Having experience as Customer Support or Technical Support at least 2 years
- Interpersonal skill and analytical skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ease
- Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
- Experience in the FnB industry is a plus
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
