Conduct account opening and verification procedures.
Communicate directly with clients regarding account registration; promotion; and company services.
Receive, accommodate, and follow up on inquiries, criticism, suggestions, complaints, and feedback from clients.
Accurately manage and resolve client issues
Make decisions on handling customer complaints based on SOP
Convey the conclusion of the complaint follow-up process to the client.
Analyzing customer satisfaction surveys.
Obliged to protect data and information related to customers, systems and everything related to the company
Provide input and suggestions according to their respective fields, for the development and progress of the company
