VIE - Business Developer - Jakarta - H/F

Naval group addresses not only the French Navy needs, but also France strategic Countries all over the world where representative offices (BREP) are established aimed at maintaining permanent and close proximity between Naval Group France and all stake holders such as Governments organizations, Ministries, industries and end users, with of course a very specific focus on Ministry of Defense and Navy Auhtority.
As VIE (Volontaire International en Entreprise), the proposed position is business development manager, based in Naval Group Representative Office in Jakarta, Indonesia. The assignment is 12 months duration with the possibility of a 12 months extension.
With a direct reporting to the Country Director, you will support the promotion of Naval Group activities according to the strategy established by Headquarters.
Position Summary:

- Assist the Country Director in the implementation of the Regional Director strategy, for working-level activities in Indonesia
- Support the organization and participate to events Marketing events organized by Naval Group in Indonesia such as defense exhibitions, technical workshops and Focus Group Discussions on selected matters
- Maintain, update and develop the stakeholder mapping with focus on key departments of the government, Ministry of defense, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Budget, PT PAL and Navy
- Support multiple Naval Group teams’ missions in Indonesia, including PT PAL in Surabaya
- Ensure a daily mapping of internet, media and social media focusing on Any activities related to the local & competitor industries, government defense activities and Indonesian BITD.

Roles:

- Set up meetings with clients, industrial partners and government officials
- Country reporting and forecasting of business objectives with Country Director
- Support market intelligence towards partners, customers and competitors
- Network with the industry academic and government players
- Work with Naval Group teams and different stakeholders
- Participate in the writing of regular activities reports and press reviews for Naval Group senior management
- Eventually contribute to the administrative and operational BREP office activities

**Profil**:
About you:

- Master’s degree in Business, International Relation or high school Engineering
- Good understanding of international culture
- Excellent communications kills in both English and French, Knowledge of Asian culture is as appreciated
- Resilience, Resourceful and adaptable and self-control is a must in complex situation
- Respect of rules and organization as well as team works spirit is a must
- Solid Experience in Digital Marketing and data finding
- Good practice in writing key notes
- Ability to speak Indonesian is not a must but would be appreciated
